Remember August 6, 2006 ?
That was the day when Mr. Jan and Mr. Jop made some wonderfull coaster drawings for Lucy.
Appearantly Mr. Jan and his uncle should have been walking the dog,
along with the 'dog-walk-posse',
but being in the neighbourhood and all, Mr. Jan wanted to meet Lucy in person.
So I gave Mr. Jan the ultimate tour...
even letting him stand on the table,
to enable a close look at Lucy's Meditation-room.

Yesterday we had quite some fun,
celebrating living together for half a year, and Lucy's 200+ km.
Lucy wanted some Explorer Ball time too.
After 10 minutes, I noticed Lucy...
not runnin'...

So I took Lucy home:
" I am sorry Dude,
I am not gonna ask you to share a Pine-Seed...
I am way too tired ! " - Lucy
The day after
I just asked Lucy,
if she needed a Pine-Seed or something:

We've TOTALLY missed Lucy's 1 liter of water drinking milestone!
It took Lucy 168 days to drink that one liter of water !
(one liter = 32oz !)
Unfortunately that was exactly week ago,
and we missed it...
I guess the HamsterTracker server could do with a

Today Santa made a surprise visit at the Daytime-Office!
How cool is that?
Santa explained that he wanted to make sure we got his gift(s),
before the majority went on holiday for the rest of the year.
He also explained that he would not normally do this,
but it does save him time, you know, working globally and all.

The HamsterTracker™-Geek dept. hasn't been sitting still.
There is a broken HamsterTracker™-scanner to fix.
As it seemed I did shove USB plug in it, wreckin' it, along the way,
simply because I didn't use the supplied cable.
Sounds fair...
But on HamsterTracker™-account: we do have a lot of those USB cables!
Here's the fix:
" The scanner dismantled... " - HamsterTracker™-Geek Department
" As you can see,
the USB connector has come loose ... " - HamsterTracker™-Geek Department
" So we mounted an extention cable.
Using two cable-ties as a 'cable-block'.
(you can't pull the cable out of the case with these two ties) " - HamsterTracker™-Geek Department
" This extention cable is soldered to the original USB connector.
(kept together with a cable-tie.) " - HamsterTracker™-Geek Department
This (Sadly) didn't do the trick
" More drastic measures. " - HamsterTracker™-Geek Department

Unfortunately all the Scanner-revalidations where in vain...
The led does light up after plugging it in,
then the scanner remains response-less.
